ARCHAEOLOGICAL FIELD SCHOOL IN BRITISH COLUMBIA (ANTY 467, Section 81)

Nine UM Credits; No prior archaeological field experience required

Participate in excavation at the famous Bridge River Housepit Village, located near Lillooet, British Columbia.
Excavations in 2012 are sponsored by the National Endowment for The Humanities

A course fee of $4,501 covers 9 UM upper division credits, lodging, meals, some in-country travel and some
course materials costs. Students are also responsible for personal expenses and travel to field site. Students will have the opportunity to purchase international travel insurance through UM, International Programs.
