    Featuring Dr. Robert Eldridge, Ph.D. , Deputy Assistant Chief of Staff, G-7, Government and External Affairs, (G-7), Marine Corps Installations Pacific/Marine Forces Japan. Prior to moving to Okinawa he was a tenured associate professor of Japanese Political and Diplomatic History at Osaka University’s Graduate School of International Public Policy and the Acting Director of the university’s Center for International Security Studies and Policy as well as head of the U.S. Japan Alliance Affairs Division of the same center.
