Professors Virginia Butler and Sarah Sterling are authors of a recently published paper about their multi-year project working on the zooarchaeo-geoarchaeological materials from Čḯxwicən (pronounced che-WHEET-son) — a traditional village of the Lower Elwha Klallam Tribe in northwest Washington state.
